You have the right to demand an exchange or return of good quality product if it does not suit you without giving any explanations under these conditions:

• — The product and packaging have the original conditions.
• — The deadline for filing a claim should not be later than fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase (the moment when you received the order).
• — Return of the proper quality goods is made at the expenses of the buyer.

The product is made of Fleece footer. Fleece might leave marks on the clothes under the hoodie. It can be cleaned with a sticky roller. It is not the reason for exchanging the product.

If you have found any defects you have the right to demand the exchange or return of the product if a defect is discovered as a result of its exploitation (usage) under these conditions:

• — The claim is submitted before the expiration of the warranty period.
• — The defect is not the result of wrong usage of the product.
• — Return of goods of inadequate quality is made at the expense of the store.

• — Turn the clothes inside-out.
• — Water temperature should be 30-36 degrees.
• — Use liquid/powder for colored laundry.
• — We recommend to use color catchers, especially for clothes that are containing more than two different shades.
