This product made of footer with fleece, the pile may leave the marks on clothes under the hoodie. It can be cleaned with sticky roller, so it's not the reason for return/exchange.

You have a right to request an exchange or return of the product (if it has good quality, but it's unsuitable for you) if:

• — You have only 14 (fourteen) days to ask for return/exchange from the day that you have recieved your product.
• — if the quality of product is good, but for any reason you want to return your product, delivery should be paid by you.
